New coats of arms

In the Balen's Armory some coats of arms are missing.
Croatia has a heraldic tradition, but I have not yet found an original crest of the Balen of Croatia.
Waiting to find the original coat of arms, I propose a newly adopted coat of arms. Also for the Balen of Ukraina, Turchia and Filipine I propose a newly adopted coat of arms.
